Join Emma for a relaxed Friday morning workshop.
The General Patchwork Workshop is perfect for learning new skills and gaining valuable sewing advice. Well suited for beginners or anyone starting a project, this workshop runs for three hours between 9:30am - 12:30pm.
If you don’t have a project in mind, no worries, Treehouse Textiles has a wide range of patterns and kits available in-store, including purses, cushions, notebook covers, and quilts.
These workshops are student directed and will help you build on a wide range of sewing skills, such as:
Emma is a quilt designer and owner of Treehouse Textiles with a Bachelors Degree in Education - Visual Arts. She takes a friendly, measured approach to quilt-making and teaching, with expertise in all aspects of sewing.
Access to sewing machines, rotary cutters, cutting mats, and scissors are included in the cost of the workshop. Workshop participants are welcome to bring any supplies and projects from home.
